Sigma Pharmaceuticals, LLC is not liable for damages or loss resulting from delay of delivery. Contact our Customer Care Department at 1-800-779-3784 within thirty (30) days of receiving or discovering (when such defect was not visibly apparent upon receipt) damaged merchandise, but in no event later than ninety (90) days after receipt of the shipment. Claims for product shortage must be made within five (5) days of receipt of the shipment.

Return Policy

All returns require prior authorization. To obtain a Return Authorization Number, please contact our Customer Service Department at 800-779-3784 within thirty (30) days of receipt of the product to be returned, and we will be happy to assist you.

All merchandise must be returned unopened in its original packaging and must be in resalable condition.  A copy of the applicable invoice as well as the Return Authorization Number must be included with returned merchandise.

Please note that due to FDA regulations, we cannot accept returns of any prescription drug products that were not shipped in error by Sigma Pharmaceuticals. In addition, special order items and items sold at a discount because of short dating are not eligible for return.

Credit for returned merchandise will be issued only if such merchandise has been returned in accordance with this policy and only upon review by Sigma Pharmaceuticals of the products and quantities actually returned.  All returns should be packaged with care as Sigma Pharmaceuticals cannot accept responsibility for returned products that are damaged in transit. 

Sigma Pharmaceuticals retains complete discretion regarding returns of product not shipped in error by Sigma Pharmaceuticals.
