Protect from Freezing Products

Certain products must be protected from freezing during shipping.  In order to avoid exposure to extreme temperatures during times of the year when freezing is more likely, these products must be shipped in thermal insulated packaging with expedited delivery, and these products will only be shipped on days when the scheduled delivery day is a weekday.

When shipping such products, Sigma reserves the right to select the shipping carrier and method that will best protect the product during transit.  In addition, during times of extreme cold temperatures, orders that include these products may be held until temperatures become more moderate.
