Ordering Information
No minimum order requirements. Most orders placed before 2PM CST will be shipped the same day. Prices are subject to change without notice. Orders accepted only from appropriately licensed purchasers. A state license number must be provided upon ordering.
Sigma Pharmaceuticals, LLC assumes no liability for purchaser or user compliance with state laws or review of professional or product literature.
Payment Information
Payment is due upon invoice. Late payments (30 days past due) are subject to a finance charge. Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express are accepted. Automatic payments can be made to a credit card. Please contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-779-3784 to arrange for automatic credit card payments. Payment can be made by check on pre-approved accounts. COD shipments are also available. Sigma Pharmaceuticals reserves the right to require credit card payment prior to shipping or to require COD shipment.
Delivery and Receipt
Sigma Pharmaceuticals, LLC is not liable for damages or loss resulting from delay of delivery. Contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-779-3784 within thirty (30) days of receiving or discovering (when such defect was not visibly apparent upon receipt) damaged merchandise, but in no event later than ninety (90) days after receipt of the shipment. Claims for product shortage must be made within five (5) days of receipt of the shipment.
Return Policy
All returns require prior authorization. To obtain a Return Authorization Number, please contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-779-3784 within thirty (30) days of receipt of the product to be returned. Returns should be sent to:

All merchandise must be returned unopened in its original packaging and must be in resaleable condition. A copy of the applicable invoice as well as the Return Authorization Number must be included with returned merchandise. Credit for returned merchandise will be issued only if such merchandise has been returned in accordance with this policy and only upon review by Sigma Pharmaceuticals of the products and quantities actually returned. Special order items are not eligible for return. Sigma Pharmaceuticals retains complete discretion regarding returns of product not shipped in error by Sigma Pharmaceuticals.
